If he's in California, assuming he is by his g35driver username "Hollywood G35", then the only legal forced induction kits made for the G35 is the HKS, Vortech, Procharger, and Stillen superchargers. Changing the pulleys, however, will make some of them illegal, depends on the stage.

No turbo kits are CARB legal so it's a risk you run. Although GTM does make a sick twin turbo kit that hides the turbos and BOV's, and eveyrything including the intercooler is painted black so it looks OEM.

Wow thats pretty lame. In Kansas the only thing your really not supposed to have is nitrous hooked up and thats how it is in most places. Least thats all I know of here. Never heard of that

Lucky....test pipes are illegal here as well...but I still run them. Recently they set up a few checkpoints too. Pretty lame. If you fail inspection, vehicle gets impounded and if you're running an illegal exhaust (especially non CARB compliant cats, super big fine).

I'm actually from Canada/Ontario. Just around Toronto. It passes emissions in Ontario with my set up. I'm running hi flow cats. Test pipes would not pass emissions in Canada. I've heard it it pretty tough in California.

Thanks! The exhaust in this video is the Greddy Evo 2. It's a bit quiet. I have since replaced with a Greddy TiC.
