Ice Arrows can be used to beat him.
1. Ice Arrow one of his hands
2. Use a normal Arrow or the Longshot on his eye
3. Slash his eye when he falls
This tactic uses less arrows but uses more magic than the usual method

ice arrow 1 and longshot the other? time it takes the longshot to reach the 'free' hand should have it in position to be hit
