1. He's Baby Bowser... like, he's EXACTLY the same as Baby Bowser.

2. There's already 5 mario characters, and Yoshi is the only one from his series. There needs to be more to give the Yoshi series it's own identity. So it's either Baby Bowser, Baby Mario, or I guess Raphael the Raven.
