That's pretty impossible... Because the earth is heating up due to rising Co2 emissions and what not, so by the time it gets to about 2050 when i'm like 65 my guess is there'll be more floods in places that never even had a flash flood or immense rainfall. Nature is everywhere. even on other planets.. it's all nature.

you are right about that stuff, however it still is possible for people to stay off of river banks and flood plains instead of paving them daming them and living closer to them so that it is easier for their homes to flood
