The only reason why everyone thinks Asian's do it best is because we're so used to seeing only Asian's doing it that other people doing it looks strange, I think they're just as good. And remember, anime was designed in Asia.
Not always, but it makes it more personal. Cosplay is where you dress as an anime/manga person and do videos or pics as them, like a photoshoot kinda. And you can go to Anime Conventions and do stuff there, depending on the Con.
