What you see on a TV screen or anything like the TV or photograph on paper is 2d. Always. It is a 2d image that is sometimes enhanced to simulate 3d. Real life IS 3 dimensional. You can see height width and depth, yes, with your eyes. That is why you can enjoy the emulated 3d in pictures and TV screens without the use of your other senses(IE. Touch, Feel or Sound). A simple answer for a simple minded person... You.

Technically, you're right in that the human eye sees in 2D, but your explanation is wrong. Each eye sees a flat image, which when combined with the image from the other eye, produces a pseudo-3D image.
Your concept of the 4th dimension is even more flawed.

On a serious note though, I thought of the idea about humans only being able to see two dimensions at once too, which in my opinion is technically true, but we have the ability to use reference points and depth perception to compensate and "see" with all three dimensions. As far as the 4th and 5th dimensions go, you have to understand that our DNA limits us to certain points in space and time so that we can only experience a limited view of what is out there.
