@fatuesque even if their crime is for something other than murder? The problem is not the prisoners but the prison conditions, and even without prisons, antibiotic resistant bacteria would form elsewhere. Your solution would only be temporary.

Tb in prisons is why prisoners should be executed for the sake of the rest of humanity.
If keeping criminals alive creates drug resistant virus's which could take over the world then they need to be put to death.
