Walter is a phenomenally talented Rhode Island Composer and Performer. I've enjoyed his music for 15 years. He was playing outside of his home near Brown University years ago and I stopped to listen for a while. He told me he had CD's for sale. I (at 15 years old) told him I didn't have any money on me (true!).. Walter then gave me a CD and politely asked that I send the money when I have it. I still owe him $10.00!!! I listen to his CD weekly at least. Awesome human, amazing guitarist.
