where can you find the whistle at 1:03?

I got the majority, if not all, of the whistles and horns from Microsoft Train Simulator, Add-ons for it and from downloads so it could be from anywhere to be honest. Sorry I can't specify an exact location.

the one at 2:16 sound intresting like its mutiple horns

I think it's probably an echo of the horn. Actually, horns do sound a bit like that when a diesel engine toots when passing at speed.
