There is a huge difference between having integrity, being respectful while still being ambitious and sabotaging others, stomping on the others in order for you to get where you want to get. People, do not resort to maliciousness, dirty tricks, jealousy, back stabbing, etc. No job in this world is worth it! You have to look at yourself in the mirror and live with your consciousness. True, Megan points out the non glamorous side of fashion industry, but rather the demystified side of it. Dragging on to prepare or being in a career and not feeling rewarded but rather overworked & unsatisfied. Constantly questioning whether the passion for the career choice is really worth the anxiety. Well, that's the ugly side, but some people thrive under pressure and find their jobs rewarding in non obvious ways, just is so.

awe its kind of sad that Kate is gone, she was very opinionated, but I feel like she was passionate about what she did, something that Megan obviously lacks...Megan is just a business owner nothing more, and she is in the wrong business if she is saying that "its not as fun as you think" I feel like when you are in a position or career that you have a passion for you truly find nirvana in every portion of it. If not then you are in the wrong career. I think that Kate wanted it more.
