@truthslap Only in one sense. In terms or technical skill, sure. But in terms of "knowing/feeling" the instrument and the current mood/atmosphere... Hendrix or Clapton or Santana or Page or Robert Johnson or BB King or a number of others would absolutely blow the classical guys out of the water at a rock concert, and vice versa at an orchestral performance.

Like you said, there's no such thing as a "best" guitarist.

I also found a music sheet of Malagueña which says "Transcription by Pepe Romero", and guess what, it's not what he is playing here either. I think there's no tab or sheet for what he played here.
