Ok on your computer theres a program that says "Run". It's usually in the start menu . Type in "charmap.exe" and press Run. A graph with a lot of weird characters/letters should be there. Make sure the type of Font/Text is on "Arial". Noe go through/down that list of letters and you should find said backwards R (KoЯn) You must select the "Я" and copy and paste it. See if that works.
