when that inmate sang it brought me to tears. it was so beautiful. i have to admit i was one to just write people in jail off, never thinking that they are someones child first and for most, they could be someones spouse, they could even be someones parent. what mo'nique did is inspiring. they may be in prison, but at the end of the day they are still human, they are still people, and everyone needs a bit of joy, a lil bit of love in their life.

MoNique is a very inspirational woman. I was incarcerated when she came to Marysville and she made everyones hearts light up on Mother's Day when she came to see the prison and gave us all a hug. The next day when she did her show, a select few were chosen to come to her show and I was lucky to be one of those. She touched many hearts and see the real side of us women that just need some inspiration in our lives. I love you MoNique and I will never forget that day!

when that inmate sang it brought me to tears. it was so beautiful. i have to admit i was one to just write people in jail off, never thinking that they are someones child first and for most, they could be someones spouse, they could even be someones parent. what mo'nique did is inspiring. they may be in prison, but at the end of the day they are still human, they are still people, and everyone needs a bit of joy, a lil bit of love in their life.

MoNique is a very inspirational woman. I was incarcerated when she came to Marysville and she made everyones hearts light up on Mother's Day when she came to see the prison and gave us all a hug. The next day when she did her show, a select few were chosen to come to her show and I was lucky to be one of those. She touched many hearts and see the real side of us women that just need some inspiration in our lives. I love you MoNique and I will never forget that day!
