First of all Dotas creators made LoL the same time HoN was being made. LoL creators helped creating HoN and they made a deal that HoN advertisement is limited. In other hand LoL is more advertised than HoN. That's propably the reason LoL is more played than HoN. Second of all, to play HoN u need to purchase the game, unlike LoL is free.

Third of all LoL is muuuch much easier than HoN. Peace.

ok lets just squash it all now... HoN and LoL are two different games based off the same platform, each geared to two very different play styles. You have LoL which is more geared towards relaxed and casual playing. You can see this by the clear point that denying does not exist. HoN is more geared towards competitive and skill based playing. Each game has it's pros and cons. New comers to the MOBA DoTA platform scene I strongly suggest playing LoL first. Get skilled and then come to HoN.

I just share my new experiences. I downloaded League of Legends today because one of my friends asked me to give it a try. With +1 of his friends we played two 3v3 games today and we won both. I've never seen LoL interface before i didnt know the items or the heroes but my stats were 11-3 and 9-2. Im not saying that im good in LoL but if you start a hon game when you have never seen it before you wont be able to carry a game.. they will f*ck your face.. so imo HoN must be harder than LoL

HoN has broken heroes that have been broken for months. To the point where there are multiple autobans in competitive play because there simply isn't enough bans for all the broken heroes. But that's okay! Because the shop works great! Right?
