I don't think this is Bill and Tom, I'm assuming "Bill" is the one with the pretty rings filming it, right? And "Tom" is the one standing there, but Tom's twin tattoo is on his right hand and this guy has no tattoo on his right hand...as for the guy/girl, he/she has a finger tattoo and a tattoo where's Bill's "Freiheit 89" but Bill's twin tattoo is on his left hand so Idk who this person is...

that could als be the reason why tom has no tattoo...because they never show what they ARE doing or where they ARE. they show & tell where they have been, and what they have done. so it's very possible that this was recordet before they get the twin tattoos. maybe they were inspired for their tattoos to be on the fingers by the tattoos from the person in this vid? he/she has tattoos on both hands. IMHO it looks plebby on everyone, but it's not my hand.

@Jula483 so I guess many fans want to know who that will be. ;) I think some fans will be jealous because there is a woman, obvisously got similar tattoos and also a tattoo on the shank which looks a bit like bills tattoo...but bills tattoo on his arm isn't very originally, so it could maybe be a funny coincidence and the woman is a stranger.
