@sir360 speed bag is probably the best equipment you can use to increase your speed and probably shadow boxing too , throw punches or combinations as fast as you can and increase your stamina too.. also it depends on your style ?

@sir360 Speed bad for muscle reflexes. Also using combos on a heavy bag. 5-8 punches. It is important to remember that overall speed comes from your legs and footwork. Handspeed is great, but footwork, conditioned legs, head movement all produce speed. When on a speed bag, you want to use the sounds, a rhythm - hit it every 3 beats. You should hit it, let it hit back, front, back, then hit it again. Get a good rhythm by using the sound of the speed bag instead of trying to watch it and time it.

Stop hating on Khan! Hes the best in his division, but people consider Bradley the best! But Bradley doesn't want to fight him, Khan has not backed down from no one. You just need to watch these guys spar, and you'll realise pretty quickly why Manny don't fight many really fast, skilled, technical guys since Marquez exposed him a bit.

Pacquiao don't get anywhere near Khan in sparring sessions. Like seriously, Khan just handles him very easily. Lands lightning fast counters and combos every time he tries to get his shots in.

Makes Pacquiao take a step back a few times a round. He's left throwing speculative shots.

Manny takes it easy on sparring he even lets his sparring partners hit him (free).. remember its training they are alot of techniques and gameplans freddie works on in sparring. Manny doesnt give it his best unlike khan and all of his sparring partners they tend to go all out in order for the gameplan to work perfectly

@bricksalegend Believe or not friend I actually kinda liked Floyd before, he wasnt my favorite but I thought he was cool. But he really has been dead to me as a fighter since 2001 after he beat corrales. Since then he fought a much lower level of competition than before, AND NEVER fought anyone I wanted him to fight. I actually like the idea of Floyd sticking it to teh associations, these 4 governing bodies instead of 1 powerful body is hurting boxing severely. boxing needs 1 organization only.
