Ha, ha, I was one of the lucky ones that grew up with both series--I will agree that the 2k3 is better on several counts, but I still love the old series for nostalgic reasons and just because its hilarious! Yeah, the eps. with Dregg aren't that great compared to the earlier seasons.
Lionsgate is very tight with copyrights so your best bet is the DVD. Its on the Season 4 DVD set. You can get at a local retailer of Amazon. There are a few other great ones in the set to.
