blue card is the 5 of spades. blue card is on the bottom, the next card is a red deck 5 of spades. blue card on the bottom goes on top of the 8 during the cut. flip over the top 2 cards and show their card. then false cut so that no matter when they say stop they see the bottom card which is the other 5 of spades.

Somewhat horrible trick if I know exactly how it's done and I'm not even good at magic.

This is nowhere near the best, its a double lift at 1:08, the blue card isnt the 8 of diamonds. Then he forces the next card on you the five of spades. The blue already is the five of spades. The positioning of the cards at the beginning is the blue five of spades on the bottom, the red one just above it then the rest is underordered.

Simple trick. Beforehand, he placed a blue 5 of Spades at the bottom of the deck (it's hidden under the other cards when he spreads them out). Then when you pick a card he places the bottom blue card on top of your card. So when he spreads he knows your card is under the blue card. Then he does a double flip to make it appear the blue card is yours. Now, there is also another 5 of spades on the bottom of the deck. He forces you to select that card and then reveals the blue card is also 5 spades.

But i did... classic double lift. the blue card was always the 5 of spades and its positioned on the bottom from the beginning. the doesn't matter when you tell him to stop, he places the bottom card on top of it. then double lift. 2. Choose card.

3. When shuffling, blue card will be placed on top of chosen card.

4. Spread cards, and take all cards below blue card, and the rest on the bottom (red 5 should be at the bottom now..

5. Double lift and reveal chosen card. Place both cards back, and shed off first card.

6. Force the bottom card of the deck. (look at the video closely, you will see it's a force)

7. Reveal blue card as chosen card.

Its easy all you have to do is rig deck so bottom card is a 5spades and blue (different deck) make the next card from bottom 5spades and red ( from normal deck), then when they put their card back, its under the blue 5 ( certain shuffle ), then he says its the blue one, he turns YOUR CARD and BLUE together and turns it over showing your card ( his behind ) then he puts yours back in deck and puts blue to one side. Next he takes random card (bottom) and thats not blue but same face as Blue Card.

the Last 2 cards from the start of the trick are all 5 of space one blue and one red then you just put the 8 under these 2 cards .. then you did double lift - the 8 red and 5 blue - it seem like 8 blue then you threw th blue card witch`s actually 5 of space when you shafled the deck you didnt mix the last one 5 red and you choose it cuz it the same with the blue .... and done .... thump up .. please

It's easy to learn if your more experienced. The way he turned over the card basically screams at you, "IT'S A DOUBLE LIFT!" the trick itself is actually pretty easy to perform, the hardest part should be the double lift.
