you should do your research. chad and sophia broke up between the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3. sophia was later interviewed about how it feels to be scripted as lucas' girlfriend for season 3 even though she and chad have recently split. she said "it's my job...it's just something I have to do"...their split did not affect how they were scripted. mark put leyton together in S4 cause he said he always loved their story.
no they didn't, I also watched an Interview and chad & sophia broke up in the middle of season 3. They were shooting season 3 and the Interviewer asked sophia how was it working with your husband, she was smiling and siad its great becuase she gets to spend time with him at work and home, not alot of couples do that.
I saw when mark siad he loved the leyton story, but I do think the sophia and chad break up was a big factor in putting leyton together. Mark had so many chances to put leyton 2gether in Season 1,2,& 3 but he didn't he chose brucas.yeah brucas was still 2gether while chophia was seperated but they had to be or brucas fans would've went crazy. you can see in season 4 that they had very little brucas scenes, which shows you there trying to avoid the awkwardness of the divorce.
In the commentary of S4's box set, mark said he had leyton's reunion planned since season 1. he had wrote the script for S4E9 (leyton's reunion) in season 1 and all of the elements between s1 and s4 built up to leyton's reunion (luke's always being there for peyton over the years even when he was with brooke; peyton never truly getting over lucas). I just bought the tvbox set and watched the interview. leyton's reunion/brucas' breakup was planned for years. It had nothing to do with Chophia.
Yes, I have S4 box set 2 and I've watched the commentary and I think your being a little naïve to believe that LP was planned up 2 S4, I do believe that in S1 it was all about them. But when it came down to who was truly in Lucas's heart in S2 it was Brooke.
Mark could have easily written that Peyton was the one that was slipping away and Lucas had 2 go 2 her, but he didn't. How convenient is it that he started to give indications of a LP reunion in the second half of S3 when chophia was separated. Sorry but I think we're getting plan B.
I think you're alittle skeptical. have you listened to mark's commentary in season 1? He said he always loved leyton and originally planned a peyt/luke/nate love triangle. Sophia was a last min add in to bring comedy to the tone of the show then mark had the b/l/p idea to make it more interesting. sophia quoted (post split) during s3 that her brucas love scenes "are apart of my job. just something I have to do." You may not believe mark but I do. we'll agree to disagree and leave it at that :)
Come on the best couple(s) are saved for last. It would've been boring if it was just Leyton and Naley, or Brucas and Naley. I liked that Mark spiced it up. It would've been boring if it was just Brucas (which wasn't even planned) and Naley. I get bored of Naley and I like them a lot. I'm glad I had to wait for Leyton, it was worth it.

well, I started watching tree hill from there first episode got into it and kept watching up until the end of S3, about that time I was swaped with college work and couldn't see season 4, then I saw they were putting leyton together and I thought what was the point of watching. like I said...Chopia's split was between the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3. mark's already said he doesn't couple ppl together according to their personal lives. if that were the case, mark wouldn't have put leyton together in season 1. chophia were hot and heavy in s1 and mark had leyton in love. so how do you explain that?
No, chophia was not broken up in season 2 at all. There were pictures showing chad picking up Sophia about to kiss her during their season 3 kiss on the beach scene. They weren't broken up until half of S3 was already shot. which this was up to brucas's first "I love you's". Ok chophia was hot and heavy in S1 but they were actually engaged in S2 and lucas fell in love with brooke in S2.
Ok i'm done arguing no offense, lol. I never said chophia split in s2. read my previous comment again. it's irrelevant anyhow. i'm saying mark schwahn quoted that he had S4E9 planned/written in bulk (63 pages) since season 1 cause leyton's reunion was so important to mark. It had nothing to do with chophia. I heard him say it myself. mark had always planned for leyton to come back together and seasons 1-4 were carefully planned in a sequence of intricate events in order for this to happen.
Ok I'm done arguing too, but just in my opinion I don't believe mark. I think this leyton storyline was a plan B. of course he's going to say leyton was planned, he can't sit there and say hey we had to change the story because its uncomfortable for chad & sophia to work together. He's a writer I'm sure he has a lot of alternate stories and I think putting peyton and lucas together was one of them.

you should do your research. chad and sophia broke up between the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3. sophia was later interviewed about how it feels to be scripted as lucas' girlfriend for season 3 even though she and chad have recently split. she said "it's my job...it's just something I have to do"...their split did not affect how they were scripted. mark put leyton together in S4 cause he said he always loved their story.

no they didn't, I also watched an Interview and chad & sophia broke up in the middle of season 3. They were shooting season 3 and the Interviewer asked sophia how was it working with your husband, she was smiling and siad its great becuase she gets to spend time with him at work and home, not alot of couples do that.

I saw when mark siad he loved the leyton story, but I do think the sophia and chad break up was a big factor in putting leyton together. Mark had so many chances to put leyton 2gether in Season 1,2,& 3 but he didn't he chose brucas.yeah brucas was still 2gether while chophia was seperated but they had to be or brucas fans would've went crazy. you can see in season 4 that they had very little brucas scenes, which shows you there trying to avoid the awkwardness of the divorce.

In the commentary of S4's box set, mark said he had leyton's reunion planned since season 1. he had wrote the script for S4E9 (leyton's reunion) in season 1 and all of the elements between s1 and s4 built up to leyton's reunion (luke's always being there for peyton over the years even when he was with brooke; peyton never truly getting over lucas). I just bought the tvbox set and watched the interview. leyton's reunion/brucas' breakup was planned for years. It had nothing to do with Chophia.

Yes, I have S4 box set 2 and I've watched the commentary and I think your being a little naïve to believe that LP was planned up 2 S4, I do believe that in S1 it was all about them. But when it came down to who was truly in Lucas's heart in S2 it was Brooke.

Mark could have easily written that Peyton was the one that was slipping away and Lucas had 2 go 2 her, but he didn't. How convenient is it that he started to give indications of a LP reunion in the second half of S3 when chophia was separated. Sorry but I think we're getting plan B.

I think you're alittle skeptical. have you listened to mark's commentary in season 1? He said he always loved leyton and originally planned a peyt/luke/nate love triangle. Sophia was a last min add in to bring comedy to the tone of the show then mark had the b/l/p idea to make it more interesting. sophia quoted (post split) during s3 that her brucas love scenes "are apart of my job. just something I have to do." You may not believe mark but I do. we'll agree to disagree and leave it at that :)

Come on the best couple(s) are saved for last. It would've been boring if it was just Leyton and Naley, or Brucas and Naley. I liked that Mark spiced it up. It would've been boring if it was just Brucas (which wasn't even planned) and Naley. I get bored of Naley and I like them a lot. I'm glad I had to wait for Leyton, it was worth it.

well, I started watching tree hill from there first episode got into it and kept watching up until the end of S3, about that time I was swaped with college work and couldn't see season 4, then I saw they were putting leyton together and I thought what was the point of watching. So I pretty much thought that season 4 sucked once I watched it on soap center.

like I said...Chopia's split was between the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3. mark's already said he doesn't couple ppl together according to their personal lives. if that were the case, mark wouldn't have put leyton together in season 1. chophia were hot and heavy in s1 and mark had leyton in love. so how do you explain that?

No, chophia was not broken up in season 2 at all. There were pictures showing chad picking up Sophia about to kiss her during their season 3 kiss on the beach scene. They weren't broken up until half of S3 was already shot. which this was up to brucas's first "I love you's". Ok chophia was hot and heavy in S1 but they were actually engaged in S2 and lucas fell in love with brooke in S2.

I never said chophia split in s2. read my previous comment again. it's irrelevant anyhow. i'm saying mark schwahn quoted that he had S4E9 planned/written in bulk (63 pages) since season 1 cause leyton's reunion was so important to mark. It had nothing to do with chophia. I heard him say it myself. mark had always planned for leyton to come back together and seasons 1-4 were carefully planned in a sequence of intricate events in order for this to happen.

Ok I'm done arguing too, but just in my opinion I don't believe mark. I think this leyton storyline was a plan B. of course he's going to say leyton was planned, he can't sit there and say hey we had to change the story because its uncomfortable for chad & sophia to work together. He's a writer I'm sure he has a lot of alternate stories and I think putting peyton and lucas together was one of them.

Well put yourself in Peyton's shoes, Brooke went after Lucas knowing that Peyton liked him. Brooke never really forgave Leyton for what they did to her b/c she kept throwing thier past in thier face. Peyton never went after Lucas twice she only kissed him in the library where she thought she was going to die. She told Brooke she still had feelings for him, but not Lucas (when she wasn't bleeding to death until later).

Actually, I was watching this episode last night and thinking: every part of it, is showing us that brucas it's over, I mean, even the way they named this episode is telling us that! "NOTHING LEFT TO SAY BUT GOODBYE" and that's why I know brucas won't be getting back together next season. I'm wishing for LEYTON season 5 OF CORSE!

peyton's selfish? what are you talking about?? peyton waited till it was officially over with brucas. she wasn't selfish at all; brooke was. leyton hung out alot only after brooke dumped luke in ep401. brooke clung onto luke when she didn't even like him anymore just to spite peyton. & luke realized he was over brooke & her drama when they went to the banquet together. Brucas is over. They grew up and over eachother. If you don't like leyton, fine. but don't take jabs @ her that u can't back up.

To forget about Peyton? And in s3 she was so crazy about it. I mean, ok, they kissed but it wasn't really a big deal since Peyton wouldn't do anything.
