Why don't you just type, "noclip" instead. Then you can fly around and type noclip again to stop flying.

u dont need to finish the game. type /seta thereisacow 1337 it shuld then work.. thats how i do it. but i also use the devmap command and i use noclip and not Jump_height

u type thereisacow1337 then press enter. after that type cg_jump_height 230 then press enter... if not try jump_height 230 then press enter

u have to be PC version... for xbox or ps3 there is another way but a bit harder

lolz... that, i dont know. but u can go to a place where there is some barbed wire... now keep walking towards it and jump... u will sort of 'float' (not really floating) through the wall... its quite hard but worth a try.
