I live in an oil nation.. now you stick a hoose down the hole and suck the oil into a tanker before it escapes... it's like a vacuum cleaner into a leaking hole. Very easy solution. Could reduced the damage to 80-90%. Can't think the americans are dumb here. bp did this with intention. Ask the local fire department how they would solve this. @lezsmokehaze420 They pause around 300 because that's the trigger for viral counting, where it stops updating in real time to save server time. Same thing happens to everyone.
