  • his balance and core strength is impressive however extensive research has shown that balance ball exercises especially with weights are useless because nothing is over stimulated because you cant really push yourself with 5kg dumbells. this kind of stuff is just show boating for most exercises not really that useful but cool to watch

  • @happymargi25 CIte your research... Also, this is great for Neuromuscular exercise, Check ACSM's guidelines. The point is to build balance, agility and coordination, not to overload your muscles. That would be resistance training.

    umm then use something heavier than 5kg dumbbells...? My dumbbell squats on a bosu ball works considerably more than the same weight on flat ground
