depends where you like and make sure it is a pellet or bb gun over 500 fps for a humane kill. Check your local regulations. Are you in Canada?

@tolazytonamemyself there is a season in Canada, but its provincial, I just shoot the little buggars anyway! If you dont have a PAL(Firearms Lisence) you can only get a pellet or bb gun under 500 feet per second(how fast it shoots) assuming you dont, I would look for one that has 495 fps minimum, be at a close range and aim for the head and it should kill them! good luck

Nice shot, I love squirrel hunting with a bow. Its alot of fun. You need to be able to shoot very accurately to do it, the farthest distance I killed a squirrel at with my bow was 40 yards, not easy when your targets the size of a bottle top. Good Job
