Keeps have stables, at those stables theres a carriage that can take you to any of the 9 keeps. riften is one of them. also stealing horses only gets you a 50 gold bounty in that one town where as buying gets you costs 1000
why do a playthrough episode of skyrim are you honestly gonna post over 300 hours worth of gameplay until you finish the game? no. do a walkthrough/guide if anything of certain quests. boring hell.
