  • Hey CJ!

    You have a great job!

I was wondering, what is the best cheap DSLR, for taking fast images and video?

And, how did you get this job?

    Thanks a lot mate!

  • I know if I trawl thru the comments no doubt I will find the answer to this Q but what settings do you use for the tracking and following shots ie Arpeture since would love to try this with some mates on our mountain bikes have the gear just simply no idea lol

  • lol use gopro ;D

  • @zeroproductionsHD Well, there weren't gopro when this was made.

  • Who are the three that dislike this? LOL

  • Whats the music please?

  • great stuff, enjoying the info.

  • ive been looking for the perfect equipment for taking POV parkour/free running shots what would you recommend me most that would fit in budget?

  • Sory for my opinion i click to fast and make mistake.

  • so the lense is set to manual focus, does hat mean only a hand ful of shots are usable?

  • Yes. For commercial shoots like this, you only need one or two keepers from a day of shooting to pay the bills.

  • thanks so much. that's awesome!

  • that's cool

  • nice work .

  • sweet.....nice idea....thnx guys

  • amazing

assisting for you guys would be so sick

  • stop fighting on youtube xD

    Thanks for not o1

  • I don't think I would have the guts to strap that equipment to a bike if I wasn't riding it.

  • Why does it take guts to strap equipment to a bike?

  • Great work! Was just wondering how many cameras got thrashed in an accident by you doing these shoots? Some of it just looks precarious. But the outcome looks great! Great work! Loving it. Always a source of inspiration for me.

  • Probably none, superclamps and magic arms are amazingly sturdy.

But if they did trash a camera, well, that's what insurance is for. THis is professional work, not his one-and-only personal camera where he's out of luck if it breaks. They probably brought 4-6 bodies and a dozen lenses to the shoot.

  • Triggering shutter by radio? Never knew about that before. Strobes sure, but shutter? Wow, makes me want to rig up an aerostat :)

  • How do you think they get still shots from inside the net at hockey games? Having a slave-camera is money.

  • Very creative. Inspiring. Thank you for sharing.

  • hey CJ-

    dude... your work is AMAZING!!!

Keep trying new things and perfecting it so it becomes the standard in the Photo world!

    best,

    Jason

  • that's the plan ;) Thanks Jason.

  • @achaser123 Chase, your work is awesome. Two QS: are you rich by doing this? And how did you get so popular and succsellful?

  • I love what you do, always fresh and inspirational. And what is the music in this video?

  • Thanks for the great feedback! To answer your question the music was licensed from pumpaudio-com (youtubes' spam filters prevent posting web addresses).

  • Thanks for the reply.

  • Very inspirational. I gotta try this.

  • Chase has got to be the most helpful pro on the scene right now. Thanks so much for the inspiration and "open source" ethic.
