@SwaggMastter7 Obviously the one that I purchased for myself? lol. The one I got for my friend Shaun has a horrible backlight function! It does not even illuminate the numbers! Its just an orange light that hits the face. Which you still can't see at all in the dark.

Just picked up the AW591 ML-1 with your advice. It rocks so great suggestion! These watches will be okay to wear even when in BMT? Studying hard to take the ASVAB soon! Can't wait lol.

@TheHawkActual I don't really like that one. Thats the one I bought for my friend. The illumination on that is horrible! But yes your allowed to wear a watch at BMT! Good luck on the ASVAB my friend! The downsizing Air Force has increased their minimum qualification AFQT score from 50 to now 60 just to enlist.

lol, the two watches (including the GW7000) that I've been eyeing on ebay. One question tho', does the first one (AW591ML-1A) you opened up have a backlight button? And if so, does it only illuminate the digits or the whole face?

@MegaDyneSystemsExe The first one was kinda really gay! It doesn't even illuminate the digits! Its a little orange light that flashes from the bottom left corner at an angle. It does not even light up the whole face! Go with the one I purchased! Way nicer!

When I click the illuminate button it all turns teal including the analog clock! Not to mention the detail they put into my watch! Each hour on the analog reflects silver!! Its FASHIONABLE, DURABLE, DEPENDABLE, AND SEXY! LOL.

@JcruzUSAF Lol dang dude, now I feel bad about buying my AW591 watch. At nighttime I just use the analog clock for the glow in the dark feature. Illuminate might be nice for timing things at nighttime, but I hear it drains the battery pretty fast. Thanks for the advice and insight man!
