This is such a great track, Damon should release a full solo album, no doubt it would rule. Although I will say the last Speaking Canaries was somewhat close to a solo album and pretty good too. I was sorry I held out on listening to it for so long.
I bought this compilation and I forgot how good it was. all I thought was how I can relate to him as a drummer. I think of drums like i was a guitar player. just cant figure the guitar out I always tell everyone else what to play and how the guitars should sound. whenever people look down at damon for being a control freak I can totally defend his point. he just has it all figured out as a song and the rest of the time is spent trying to get everyone to get it.
