Just as an FYI, the Eye of Eternity is where the Malygos encounter took place. After beating the first 3 bosses in Dragon Soul, the raid members, Thrall, and the Aspects will teleport to the Eye of Eternity where Kalecgos (the new Blue Aspect) will attempt to alter the power of the Dragon Soul so it can be used as a weapon against Deathwing.

@XeclipseXZ There is an NPC that gives you the quest as you enter the instance. No trash pulling required.
