if you are talking about online, PSN is more laggy than XBL. the only graphical difference is the brightness. ps3 seems darker, grittier and dirty(as a war seen should be, and it is slightly more realistic) but the 360 is more shiny(which makes it look kind of sexy)

I compared the graphics of Black Ops compared to my friends PS3 and just laughed.
