I have the Indonesian citizenship law down loaded to my computer. He as a child can acquire citizenship through adoption.. And like I said It all so states that Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship. His school records in Indonesia all so has him listed as an Indonesian citizen.

I have the Indonesian citizenship law down loaded to my computer. He as a child can acquire citizenship through adoption.. And like I said It all so states that Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship. His school records in Indonesia all so has him listed as an Indonesian citizen.

Contrary to what you liberals think when Obama's mother married a man from Indonesia and moved to Indonesia with her son Barry, they both had to become Indonesia citizens. Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship.So they had to renounce Citizenship of whatever country they were Citizens. So birth Certificate or no Birth certificate, by renouncing their Citizenship Barry was no longer Constitutionally eligible to run for the office of the President of the United States.

Obama was never an Indonesian citizen. Neither was his mother. Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship. What you left out is that only applies to adults. There are no records of Ann Dunham ever renouncing her US citizenship, which had to be done in order to become Indonesian. Obama could not renounce US citizenship as a child/minor. His parents could not do that for him either.
Read the applicable US Immigration and Indonesian citizenship laws.

Why is there apparently no record of obama's original birth certificate? the one sanchez displayed is a laser printed document. In 1961 there were maybe 4 laser printers. The Low Hong Court did not explain what made Low Hong a natural born citizen as opposed to just a plain citizen which is what he alleged in his amended habeas petition.
The issue was before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, not Supreme Court, NOT the supreme court, as Inglis Vs Sailor, where Mr Justice Thompson delivered the opinion of the court, explaining that those born subject to the Crown, are Natural Born British Subjects.

Law of Nations didn't contain the term "Natural Born Citizen" until 10 years AFTER the Constitutional Convention.
Up till then, the English translations used "natives or indegenes."
Thus, Law of Nations is irrelevant in discussing Obama's citizenship status.

The case was to determine whether or not Ark was a Citizen of the United states given his parents weren't. The final ruling did NOT rule him as a NBC, but a Citizen.

How can de Vattels The Law of Nations define a term that it doesnt even contain (except in translations a decade after the Constitution was ratified)?
If the framers wanted to refer to de Vattel, then they surely would have used his words from the English translation they had, but natives or indegenes is not in Artile II of the Constitution.

Article IIs Presidential standard was citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution (found in the grandfather clause and only applicable to the original citizens) and natural born Citizen. Citizen was the standard assigned to Senators and members of the House. Hence, the term natural born Citizen would have to have a very special meaning, one that evoked the Presidents absolute allegiance to the United States.

Actually, his Dad's citizenship was common knowlage to both the US and the world.
In A P Hinman's book "How a British Subject became President of the United States" he tried to prove Arthur was born in Canada. But he freely admitted his Dad was not a citizen. He even quoted an international newspaper article stating this fact.
But if that was such a scandal, How did Obama get elected when there was no question of his Dad's citizenship?

Lie. They do. I've talked to Fukino myself about this, as well as many others. Under certain circumstances, they have to. It wasn't until july 2009 that they changed there website to reflect differently (ironically when WND was quizing them about it).

Ok because there is so much arguement on the certificate or not, I do have to say you can be born outside of the US and be a citizian but only if the US recognizes you as a child of said US citizian parent. This is a tricky issue because the US itself did not recognize my son as my son, therefore although he was born of me, he is not allowed to be a US citizian. (thus I am dual) Now this it the clincher, if the mother had been in the US previous to 1 year before his birth he is technically..
