  • Lol comments below are so cute n funny. Hahaha

  • Chanel Iman easily had the best walk. That girl can walk in any shoes, no matter the height and make it look laughably simple.

  • To be a model Sasha Pivovarova is very short, so I prefer Gemma ward is the same face but with longest legs!, but poor Gemma she doesn't work because her depression! I hope she come back soon as possible or she is already working again?

  • @teescupounadriatico Sasha Pivovarova 4 LIFE, BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @rvggarcon no is like Gollum of the lord of the rings.

  • @teescupounadriatico SASHA PIVOVAROVA & IRINA LAZAREANU ARE THE TRUTH!!!!!!! It's their world, you're just living in it.

  • Gareth Pugh is not a haute couture designer so get your 19 year old fashion design major ass straight. He may be a paris couture designer for ready to wear, but he is not one of the members of the Haute Couture fashion houses. He does not qualify to show during these shows. So read your facts cuz a 20 year old fashion design major just set the facts straight.

  • is it me or they walk like their necks are dislocated. thoughts!

  • Love It

  • i love sahsa pivovarova she walks-jumping haha xd shes so pretty

  • Nice~

  • i like this collection but those shoes scare me...i'm so scared one of the girls will fall or something, lol

  • diese kleider sind ja gut und schön, aber wieso entwerfen Designer immer kleider trägt die man nur ein mal an einer Modeschau trägt?

  • i wore a jacket like the first design to prom every won loved it

  • The model at 5:50 was horrendous.

  • irina lazareaunu fucks

  • I never get tired of this show-- the runway design, the music--the whole presentation is just magnificent! And of course there is the collection itself-- the clothes, hats, and shoes! Galliano really did justice to the Dior House.

  • Can someone please tell me the name of the beautiful music? Thanks!!! ^_^

  • Aquarius by Within Temptation is the first one.

  • In my opinion the best Coutures are Valentino, Dior, Georges Chakra and MAYBE Versace Atelier

  • my faves are, Dior, Elie Saab and Gareth Pugh. As for Valentino and Versace, hmmmm well i can say they are not exactly my favourites lol.

  • but garteh pugh isnt couture

  • Actually sweets in industry its very rare to find a silly begger like you who still believes paris to be the real couture. However because silly beggers still exisit like yourself, this was reason for paris themseleves to invite gareth and his team to paris couture houses to create his collections from here on to coin him with the word couture. Oh and p.s the designer to first coin the term haute couture was an english man living in paris. Oh and his the name is gareth pugh not garteh.

  • i know more about fashion than you, so shit up Ur fuckin mouth¡

  • Yea im sure you do, thats why a 19 year old fashion major had to tell a 29 year old scrub the basic history and knowlege of gareth pugh, spelt correctly no mistakes? yea you know way more than me hands down¬¬ get a grip and grow up sweets really.

  • Arguing on the internet is lk the special olympics, you may win, but you're still fucking retarded

  • thanks

  • I'm trying to crack the code on dior...

The peplum type effect that they show in most of their collections. How do they get that effect?

Its amazing, i would love to intern at dior, the craftmanship is amazing. The Tailors and seamstresses have so much understanding in the art of Draping and patternmaking.

What i'll do to work there for a few years.

" Its Like The NASA , of Fashion" i love itttt.

  • Its kinda easy once you learn properly how to model on the stand.

  • I,m already fashion designer. Just one advice: Just do it because you love it. Don,t expect any recognision for your work. This a very cruel and unfair industry. I know what I say.

  • yes, boviously i would do it because i love it!

would you please send me a personal message telling me what you do on a normal day as a fashion designer explain everything, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

  • im really sad! my dream is too study fashion design. designing beautiful clothes is what i like to do the most.when i design i feel so happy, like nothing could go wrong. unafortunately i feel like my father is not too happy,he´s allways telling me things to make me chage my mind but fashion design is the only thing that would make me happy.

i dont know what to do......

  • be realistic is what you should do.

  • You should do what you want. It's your life. If you know that you're really good at something, then go for it. Don't worry about what anyone else says cos at the end of the day you're the one who's gonna be happy or unhappy with your life.

  • Me 2...I really wanna be a model...but my father doesn't really support me...but i guess you can prove to him that u really want to be a fashion design...and who knows I'll model the clothes for u?? hahaha...goodluck <3

  • hahahahaa probably.thank you V. much we should just follow what we like and what we believe in

  • @videocrack246 are you serious? okay... it is WISE to think of your goal, not to worry about what ANYBODY (yes, i'm talking about your family, friends, acquaintances, enemies, etc. ANYBODY!) has to think of you. if you want to be a fashion designer, despite the fact that your father doesn't want you to do fashion design, YOU MUST WORK FOR IT.

  • i'm sure your father doesn't want you to do fashion design because of the industry, but if you are WISE enough to survive the fashion industry, your father will change his mind. overall, he can disapprove of your dream/goal/etc., but he CAN'T stop you from pursuing your goal (if you take fashion design SERIOUSLY).

  • Please, if anything the girl at 4:47 "disrupts the flow". Coco fit right in, it's not like she was Tyra Banks-ing it up all over the runway.

  • i love Michaela Kocianova (the first girl). Her walk is amazing!

  • The opening girl is an amazing walker. Look at the coat sway!

  • me encanta esta coleccion , es muy original

  • second song please !!

  • The second song is : ''Under Ice by Kate Bush''

  • i loove the opening outfit!!

  • this collection is soo chic i love it . Galliano is Genius

  • thgis isnt even that fantasy this is pretty practical for jon

  • i loved this collection!

  • LMAO, its Haute Couture people....is not geared towards the economy or global crisis. Is fashion for the sake of fashion. And, its classic with a new twist, have to know your fashion to realize that. If you want clothes that are geard towards the economy, go to walmart. Haute Courture is not even meant to be sold to the masses, is simply artistic expression of a designer like a painter or sculture

  • I Couldn't of said it better myself.

  • @daveandcliff THANK YOU! <3

  • this is not a normal high fashion collection

    this is a fantasy

    for me

    its like heaven

  • Magnifique !!!!!

  • thanks !!!!! xxernan you know so much like this :)

  • eit ...someone tell me, the title of the songs the catwalk Dior !!!!!! please

  • The first track is "Aquarius by Within Temptation" from the album Silent Force, 2nd one is "Under Ice by Kate Bush", and the third one is "Lights go Down by Basement Jaxx".

  • they played two other songs= di jonston -sugar daddy second i forgot the name of it

  • within temptation Aquarius

  • so... this goes with global crises and bad economy....???btw i did NOT see anything new ! ! ! just those meaningless & disconnected mixes..I mean nice but boring . . .

  • ye relax

  • km jelek bgt

  • haha I didn't even notice it. when I read your comment I watched her again and all she did was work the fur collar..nothing too flashy. chill out!

  • boring

  • may i be stupid enough to ask who coco is?

don't give me shit i feel stupid enough as it is ):

  • dont feel stupid! coco is a model, and actually named by vogue as one of the top ten current supermodels

  • nah i know x]

i mean which model in this video?

like from what time is she on the runway? :S

  • look on 3:55

  • i don,t have money

  • who? coco..?

  • i honestly believe she did it on purpose for a posture turn.

  • It looks like she does it on purpose .... doesn´t she..?but I think it looks nice, different, a nice detail.Thia show is just amazing one of his best.

  • I think she is deffenitly... she can do whatever she wants.

  • She may be able to afford haute couture and wear it on her show but no couturist designer today would ask her to model it with the intention of increasing net sales.

  • Demands haven't changed that much 10 years back for Haute Couture. The ideal model was still pin-thin, and if you do enough research (tons of videos and biographies) you'll know that she did have an extremely successful career in Haute Couture during her late teens and early twenties because she fit the "ideal". When she had started gaining curves she restructured her entire career towards commercial modelling.

  • What you said is extremely true though. In the past, the slightly voluptuous models enjoyed fame and fortune where most of it was based on their likability factor. Tyra attained most of her fame through Victoria's Secret and Naomi used VS to boost her career.

Like you said, the likes of Galliano, Lagerfeld, Mcqueen wouldn't hire her TODAY based on looks alone, because frankly speakng, age has caught up. But it does not diminish the fact of her Haute Couture career back then.

  • When John Galliano revved up the engines of the House of Dior, he started with fantastically cut couture clothing, and as the years went buy, his designs and stage theatrics got wackier and wackier and wackier, .. . . and now its the penelope pittstop look.

  • i just looked her up lol i see what u mean

  • genius

  • within temptation? (the music) O:

  • the model from 4:50-5:00 needs to lay off the coke lol she tries WAY too hard

  • hahahhaha that was ms. michelle alves - she has been around a while and done some awesome galliano shows (check her in the hapsburg empress show)

  • at 4:50 i mean ...

  • i agree. she looks like a stupid bitch.

  • why does coco rocha annoy me so much?

  • cause shes naturally annoying?

  • lmao, thats one reason lmao, i think the other is she always tries to out do every other models with a stupid walk which she must think is amazing lmao

  • you also forgot that stupid mouth pout she always does

  • at first i found her a little contrived, but she has grown on me - i really like her now, and she is becoming bigger and bigger - she no longer seems controved

  • i mean the great ms. coco rocha - lol

  • i dont think ill ever like her lmao, i loved lindsay ellington and caroline trentini though in this show fabulous xx

  • ellingson stupid typos lmao

  • Tyra Banks is not a haute couture model.

  • She was back in the day, way before Victoria's Secret.

  • Maybe she was, but she was probably that only because models 10 years ago were sensationalized by face/name across radio/television. They were also a little "bigger"[size 4-8] and much more appealing to the general audience. Today, you don't see documentaries on Coco Rocha/Snejana Onopka [size 00], etc because in a way, you just have to have a "model's" face and be ultra skinny.

  • coco is deff not a 00

  • i didnt say she was. snejana is.

  • come posso avere il download di questa sfilata o di altre??? qualcuno può dirmelo...grazie!!!

  • CHANEL IMAN WORKED IT

  • I love how Galliano can pull of the consistent black-

  • did you see irina's walk...

    whooo....

    hot...

    fierce...

    starting at 5:42

  • irina who?

  • Irina Lazareanu

    and it was amazing

  • hell yess it was awesome

  • this is like giseles outfit in fw2007 couture multiplied...

but i have to admit this was the best of all his couture collections next to ss2006 couture

  • the simplicity of this collection gives me a headache...

but im sure knowing Galliano, he was making a statement... probabably about simple luxury or opulence .... who knows...

    but thank Jah 4 Decadence

in all of its ostentacion, lol

  • if john is trying to go for simple luxury

    then hes a knock off

CHANEL has been doing it since the beginning

    of her career.

  • dior was doing things way b4 chanel

  • Galliano took a job very different from the haute couture who always did well but still proves to be the best fashion designer in Paris this collection was not very baroque but it shows what Galliano far in my opinion it is new and clean perfect

  • love Michaela...the best!

  • I´ve been waiting for many time!

  • exelente como siempre dior me encanta

que buen diseñador que sos john voy a ver la segunda parte

  • wow, this show looks very simple compared to other haute couture shows....

    I love the first outfit....

  • 5:58 model lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...

  • Does anyone know the names of the 3rd and 4th songs?

  • The music for this show is:

    1. Within Temptation - "Aquarius"

    2. Kate Bush - "Under Ice"

    3. Lisa Knapp - "There U R"

    4. Di Johnston - "Sugar Daddy"

    5. Basement Jaxx - "Lights Go Down"
