After all with this system has fostered chinese economic development. Its not the communist parties policy on Tibet and Xinjiang, the chinese have seen enough of their motherland divided up over the last century. The people despise foreign interventions / separtists on its sovereign affairs.

The wide income disparity,the poor chinese farmers land being confiscated,the rampant corruption of chinese govt.officials,the lack of human rights, free speech and information, Han chauvinism,the ultracapitalist greed at the expense of the environment are worse than slavery in tibet and china.Who and When(Hu and Wen)policies in tibet are a disaster.Communism and capitalism cannot coexist for long. communism will be the loser.You will be freed from communist opression.

How could the Tibetans be better of under slavery? I guess there were no income disparity, no land being confiscated, no whatever when they didn't possess any properties or fundamental rights. Also, where does the "Communism and capitalism cannot coexist" come from? What they had in Tibet is theocracy, which you could also call despotism, not capitalism.

tibetans are mountain people not flatlanders.They are perfectly happy with their lifestyles.The chinese communist government have no right to tell them how to live their lives or wht is best for their happiness.They know what makes them happy, not the communist government.Why isn't there any freedom of speech in china? why does china restrict the internet? why is the government so afraid of unrestricted information if it is not afraid of the truth? Where did you get the idea that the Chinese govt is interfering with the Tibetans' lifestyles? The only major change there was the abolishment of slavery back in late 1950's. And I seriously don't think the majority of Tibetans had "perfectly happy" lives before the Chinese set them free from slavery. There are millions of Chinese aboard who have UNRESTRICTED access to the web, and they still love China and protest against Darla Lama. So your argument just doesn't work here.

I dont know any chinese people that LOVE China and protest against the DALI Lama. No Chinese person I know has ever protested against the Dali Lama. So you get your arguement sorted first

Well, the Chinese I know love China and protest against Tibet's independence. There are also plenty of Chinese I don't know who do the same thing(ever watch or read the news?) I think YOU are the one that should get your ARGUMENT sorted first, because when you argue for a point, you should use facts, not just something that you hear from the people YOU KNOW. they are perfectly happy with what they have right now which is electricity, car, road, clean water, modernity. which with out the chinese they are basically barbarians... face the fact...the tibet region has been a part of china since Yuan Dynasty, its in every history book. read it yourself. communist or not, they are sure not doing what a communist gov suppose to do. some say they are more capitalisic than even United States.

You know, the Australian Police are very gentle men and the tibetans are so violent. Chinese officials might be a bit worried so they insist three super kongfu masters shall run with the torch. If any tibetan thugs make a funny move and the police fails to stop them. They can help defend the torch and kick the asses, hahah.
