Hey Wendy!! Congrats on your Surgery, and welcome to the other side!! No its not easy, but i will say it gets better as you adjust to your new way of life with the band.
How are you doing?? How's the eating going? The post-op eating right after surgery is what I'm really worried about. I know how it can be hard eating what you're supposed to be eating when you're family is eating whatever they want. I'll check out your post-op video.
Hey, the post-op eating can be tough, but you can get through it. As you watch my later videos you will hear some of the obstacles I faced, and how i overcame them. Im currently 6 weeks postOp, so things are getting better.
