That guitar can handle being "flipped" over onto a pillow without fear of being broken.

ok. theres a lot of BS talked about scalloped fretboards by people who dont have them or have never played them. I have one so heres the facts:

You can get easier and more exaggerated vibrato if u have your hand at a right angle to the neck. (i.e. straight up).

Bends are also a little easier.

Slides can be a little trickier at first but your get used to it

Thats about it. It does not make playing harder and it is not for playing faster.

A lot of it comes down to how much you like the feel.

the neck has been shaved in to a curve. in between each fret u can see the wood concaves or just slopes likea mini half pipe. i find scalloeped frets very comfertable but i prefer normal necks
