I made a stage similar to this, but only the head part. Unlike this stage, however, the head isn't an outline. To break it down so you can understand:

Mario's Cap is made of ice blocks;

his Eyes, Hair, and Moustache are regular blocks; And his Skin is all ladders.

I put a platform underneath the head to allow an acual fighting spot.

Yeah, but the stages I make are purely for visual content. My Mario Head is the same thing, but sometimes the ladders can get out of hand [Falco vs. Pikachu, all they did was climb the ladders, going nowhere. My fault for not putting a time limit :( ].

It's also worth noting that I myself have submitted this stage to Nintendo.

P.S. I have a SD Card that is SDHC 4gb Turbo Class 6 (adata)

When i insert the SD Card on my computer the sd card opens but there is nothing in it. (NO folders, nothing.)

1. Make a folder called Private at the root of the card

2. Make a folder called Wii in private

3. make a folder called titles in wii

4. make a folder called rsbe in the titles folder

5. make a folder called st in rsbe

6. put the stages you downloaded into the st folder

7. make sure they are .bin

8. unlock the card and put it in your wii and play

Yes, but you don't think of these things at the time ;) With some nice long range attacks though its a great place to steal kills or just duck out of the action for a few seconds (although it is risky in terms of reentering the brawl)
