@ghostwhiskey I did not know that. Thank you for that info good sir or ma'am. It's honestly one of the best movies I've seen Kevin Bacon in. He as an actor, like this movie, I think is really slept on. I think he's (if such a thing exists) a cult actor. His movies may never reach the top box office marks and he's never been oscar nominated but I as well as many others always enjoy seeing him on screen. Hopefully one day Mr "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon" will get a role that puts him in that spot.

I agree that Bacon's performance is strong in this,it made me go back and look at his other movies in which i now notice he was great in. Plus he and i are from the same city so there's a regional pride there. H ave you seen him in the newest X Men? His character in that is completely different from any he's ever played

Yep that about says it. It's cool because it goes outside the box. It has lots of emotion and more drama than you'd expect but without letting up on brutal violence. You actually care about the characters (even some of the villains) not just the action sequences (which are also cool.)

This film is the best i've seen in many a year....Kevin Bacon has come far since 'footloose' that's for sure. I never thought he would top 'Hollow man' but i stand corrected. This film, coupled with Pilot Speeds' 'Alright' at the end of the movie has made it an unbeatable film this year. Congrats to Kevin and Garrett.
