Waah Waheedaji.. she is just so beautiful.. according to online reports this beautiful lady is considered to have the best bone structure.. mind you it is best bone structure in all bollywood till date. There is a story associated with this particular song sequence. Apparently, the director got the 2nd dancer (as seen in this sequence) to dance as he had heard a lot about her dancing skills. He was, however, a little unsure whether Waheeda Rehman would be able to match steps with her as he was not sure about Waheeda's dancing skills. He took a gamble and was pleasantly surprised that Waheedaji rose to the challenge and did a great job! I only wish i knew the 2nd dancer's name! Such a talent!

this is not a song first of all. so that is why its not listed as a song. and yes its from Guide. Waheedaji (the actress who is dancing) created magic on screen with this film. She got all the icing of the cake. And she was so beautiful.

Waheeda Rehman was a good Bharata Natyam dancer because of which she moves well even in this cheap and sensational Bollywood sequence, which has nothing to do with real dance.

waheedaji was a trained claasical dancer and used to perform on stage before she was brought to films by gurudutt. only she did not get a chance to show her dance talent except in guide .she was more popular as the most beautiful graceful natural actress doing sensitive and serious roles.

No question Vyjayanthimala was and is a superior dancer, but Waheeda is bitten by the snake and dancing in a delirium, and she captures it in a frenzied, rough and fevered dance.

Had Vyjaya done this dance purely classical it would be just as amazing, but in a different way.

This is one of my favorite performances on Waheeda Rehman. Though I never considered her to be on the top as a dancer, I still think she did an exceptional job in this clip.

Love the film "Guide"! One of my favorite films of all time and one of the all-time best classics by the legend Dev Anand.

Yes, I know that she was trained though she never appealed to me as much as Vyjayanthimala, Asha Parekh, Hema Malini and Meenakshi Sheshadri did. Those four are my all-time favorites and they bring something extra and unique to the table which I haven't noticed on Waheeda Rehman yet. I also adore and respect Komal Mahuvakar for her Odissi performances! With that said, I still think that she's lovely and not bad at dancing:) This is my favorite performance of her, as a matter of fact:)
