I used a transition tool called (compositing A+B).I used this tool in windows movie maker and got it free from a website...The windows movie maker website i think,hope that helps some.

Amazing song, I love the main riff, its truly outstanding. Like alot of your stuff its really magical and mysterious and the video works perfectly with the song, it keeps the haunting mood. Very original, amazing work, trying something new is always really fun with each new song. Great lyrics and I love how the whole song is supposed to be a like a message on the phone to somebody. probally my favorite yet and I like all of your songs so that saying something.
