@00honey000 You persevered and succeeded! You don't have to be locked into just one kind of tool - use whatever you are comfortable with that works. Thanks so much for your comments.
Keep on practicing! You will eventually get it. My students in class have the most trouble with this link, but they all eventually get the feel of it, and make great necklaces.
Dear Ross, what an excellent teacher you are! Your explanations are so clear, and you make it look so simple! I wish I could be one of your students! Any plans to have a few classes in Southern Italy? ; )
Well, the best next thing to that are your priceless videos! Keep 'em coming!!!!!
Thanks! I’m glad that you continue to view my videos. At this time I don’t offer my jewelry for sale.
The bridging link that I demonstrated in the video can be used to incorporate very large beads into the S-link necklace. I would experiment with the size of the bead to determine what looks good. A bead as large as the s-link itself, might not work as well because it might compete with the s-link. I’ve always have thought of link as the main theme of the necklace
I love your videos. I'll say it again, you are the best instructor on YouTube! Only wish I lived in your area so I could take your classes. Thanks for posting!
Are you using 18 or 20 gauge wire for this project?
Thanks for your comment and I'm glad my videos are helpful!!
For the necklace that you saw me create in the actual video, I used 20 gauge wire. Some of my students in class (that is ongoing right now) are making it in 18 gauge wire and actually prefer the heavier wire, but others had difficulty, and have switched back to the 20 gauge.
The instructions in your videos are wonderfully precise and easy to follow. Thank you for sharing your amazing talents =^]

Thanks for watching my video! I used 18 s-links and 18 bridging links to make the necklace that you watched me make in the video.
