What has kept the US better then anyone when it comes to anything military is that we have better trained people and better equipment as well we are the "good guys", however when the equipment you have does the job but not better then the "bad guys" or becomes hazardous, harder to use then a new design you cut down the "ability" to survive on the battle field. And yes the US & Clitons dont give a shit about it!
I have personal experience with them having served in the Army. However they can be more advanced as well we both can only imagine what replacements were offered and never built.
The military despite huge spending is one of the most underfunded areas of the government. In 2000 I was an E2 making .32 an hour, under Democrat control of the 90s it was known as "The Food Stamp Army".
How many lives would have been saved had Democrats not gutted the military in 90s, not get ready again for it!

The chinook is doing the job it's meant to do well even though it is old and there are upgraded versions from the original like the CH-47D
