As far as ontime goes, after I reserved my car weeks ahead and it took them 2 hours to get the car in the hotel and it was and old dirty car with no gas in it, delivered by a guy with no company shirt or anything like it.
They don't have their cars,they borrow them and are not fully insured; you must say in case of an accident that the car is loaned to you by a friend, otherwise the insurance company won't pay the damage. Next time you want to rent, ask the company for what type of insurance they have, be very careful some people went to jail for saying what they want you to say and that is fraud to the insurance companies.
