Get rid of gangs, get the cops to do their jobs efficiently, and raise the par in the schools, because the High school students are NOT learning ANYTHING.
I lived in Elizabeth the first 17 years of my life, I could be blindfolded and tossed anywhere in this city, and sitll know my way around. The problem in this city is the gangs, policemen not caring to help in anything except give you a ticket (the three times my family has ever called the police, they've shown up an hour and a half later, everytime.), and the local administration who dosen't give a shit. (Mayor Bollwage has been in office for how long and he still can't fix it?)
the only good part of elizabeth is elmora hills...nobody wants to live here anymore..in the last few years its gotten worst and worst...a lot of gangs...im only 17 but im telling you i cant do the same things i did before..i cant just go for a walk...i gotta go with a group of friends or else you get fucked up if you get caught alone..you cant just go out a ride a bike cus you'll come back without it...bad area...the neighborhoods that used to be good are now full of little gangs

Here is the deal with Elizabeth.Lot of people are from there, live elsewhere but still have ties to the city. We love Elizabeth but remember it the way it USED TO be, way back when.The great thing about this town is that it is close to NYC, you can make a living wage, but the houses and neighborhoods need to be revamped. We need more police to safeguard the people.Honest people come from Elizabeth and we love the city.
Elizabeth is a bad area .once u croos the river going down to the port or pass the high school going that way u in troble.when i was in EHS evrey time i went to my friends hows down town i would get all this fucking ediot trying to take my shit. theyrob me for 50cents and a unbrelaon a sunny day this ppl.the town needs lots of help with gangs
This area of Elizabeth isn't bad ---- YET! If only Mayor Bollwage would accept the fact that small parts of Elizabeth are being controlled by gangs -- instead he turns and looks the other way at the problem. This is how gangs get a foothold. Then once all holy hell breaks loose only then will City Hall start doing something about it --- and by then it will be too late. BTW, a lot of these new homes and condos have been on the market for months and ARE STILL UNSOLD!!
