i bet most of your neck pain is due to stress girl.. just take it easy. i have the same problem after a car accident, i went to therapy for like 1yr, and had an injection the size of a ruler on my neck! ouch! lol its a bit better but i notice when im stressed out it gets worse.. feel better xx
