  • Comment removed

  • wut are u

  • Lol to the comment below me

  • I take vitamin B-12 for my hair and nails and they taste good. I only take 3 a day, but not at the same time. Breakfast lunch and dinner

  • omg i use the same shampoo and conditioner. it smells SOOO amazing.

  • your hair is so pretty i wish my hair was like that

  • but washing your hair twice it putting your hair through more chemicals and they say you dont need to wash it twice as it strips the hair of all the natural oils... having said that you have beautiful hair and face :P x

  • iLOVE Your Hair !

  • Hi, You Stated that your hair grew about four - to- five inches long, but in how many months?

  • where'd you buy the products you talked about in the begining?

  • Continued...U can Google the effects of those last 2 vitamins on ur hair. I personally take 800mcg of folic acid...but that is the MAXIMUM amount u should b taking...unless ur pregnant, then u should ask ur doc. Hope these tips help! God bless

  • U r so right about healthy hair growth starting at the scalp! Stimulating (massaging) ur scalp and giving it a really good deep clean in the shower is awesum bt theres more u can do! ALWAYS take a multi-vitamin. Ik it sounds a bit underwhelming, but it rlly makes a difference bcuz ur hair needs lots of vitamins, minerals and nutrients from INSIDE ur body in order 2 grow strong, long and healthy fast. Also, try taking 5000mcg (5mg) biotin and at least 400mcg folic acid.

  • can u put some pics of your hair cut

  • woah. this was added on my birthday

  • your hair looks absolutly beautiful and this was a veery helpful vid

  • @kellireviews567 thank you! I'm glad you found it helpful =)

  • your pretty c:

  • what polish are you wearing ? :]

  • Where did you get the shampoo & conditioner ?

  • @kkarissaa8 You can get it on amazon. But I think you can get them at drug stores. Never seen them before though.

  • when you use the garneir leave in conditioner do you always blow dry your hair after? does it leave your hair greasy if you air dry?

  • @TheCanadiangirl2678 no, a lot of times i let my hair air dry and it doesn't feel greasy if you put the right amount it

  • What heat protecter do you use?

  • @audrey3810 i currently use one one by a brand called DeFabulous and another one from a brand called Cibu. I heard that a good drugstore brand one is tresseme

  • @LoveeMeeAgain ------ im very sorry about that.. i removed the comments..i have no right saying those words, about someone i do not know at all.....

again i made that comment, about the asian gurl in the video i thought she was beautiful...im a guy.... again im sorry...

  • whats the name of the products? my mind wanders sometimes :L

  • Ur hair is sooo pretty how do u do it

  • im a cop u shouldnt use drugs haha jks use as many as u want

  • What can you do for your hair if your ends are already really split but you're growing your hair out and you dont wanna cut all your hard work off? how can you repair them without a trim? :)

  • I love this line too! One question: when you had your short hair, what style was that? Bob?

  • @yybshzl yup a layered bob

  • Genetics could possibly be the greatest reason you can grow you hair long easily. Asians tend to be able to grow hair longer much easier than Caucasians or people with ethnic/mixed hairs.

  • @knoxey you do take great care of your hair as well though.

  • you should let it grow out

  • I definitely love garnier fructis:) the smell is awesome. I only use the 3 minute conditioner, but I use it incorrectly by taking a teaspoon or less of it and running it thru the lower half and my ends. I use it like a leave in product, and it's never made my hair greasy. I've been using it like this for like 4-5 years and I don't think I've had any split ends. I have pretty long hair and I probably get haircuts like once every 2-3 years.

  • what heat protectant do you use

  • @earthchick18 aww really? im sorry, i love how it smells, but then again i like anything minty

  • i prefer organic shampoos like the Giovanni line. they smell de-lish and are gentle!!

  • Totally makes sense! One question, if I have super super thick and unmanageable hair, will this root awakening property makes it more puffy?

  • @yybshzl i haven't noticed that it gives extra volume so i don't imagine it will make it puffy, but everyone's hair is different and may react differently to products.

  • I heard you aren't supposed to use conditioner at the roots, just the ends.

Thought I'd pass along a drugstore deal - CVS - Buy a Revlon lipstick for $7.89 and get 4 ECB's back at the register. 1 per extra care card. Also $3 off a $10 makeup purchase coupons are printing out at the in-store kiosk.

  • @wutzernutzer yea i find that if i put conditioner in my roots it gets too oily too quick and it weighs down my hair. your scalp will naturally make oil to moisturize that area. I got $3 coupon this week too =)

  • u hair has grown soooo fast! :)

  • @lipqueen04 i know i can't believe it, its almost like i didn't have enough time to enjoy my bob hair cut

  • @LePooke lol yea.. and that was only a few months ago lol.. lucky u.. i wish mine grew that fast lol

  • pls whenever you do video can you include in the info box what nail color ur wearing... i really can't stop staring at ur nails... i love nail polishes u know...

  • @elleelbama sure, ill try to remember, im wearing revlon's perplex in this video

  • treseme's deep cleansing shampoo gives you that super clean root feeling

It is suppose to be for product building up but I use it everytime, and it isn't drying it just cleans your hair really clean. I have thick hair too. the bottles last a long time too.

  • @juliaormond i love that super clean but not dried out feeling =) might look into that when i run out

  • Wait just one question how often do you wash your hair?

  • @cookieisgone0826 every other day

  • I love those John Freida products too. =)

  • but i heard that silicones are not good for your hair.. .____.

i heard that they "clog" your hair and give them a healthy appearance, but they're drying out in the inside, cuz the silicon doesn't let any moisture into your hair..

idk. but since i heard that, i threw away all my john frieda products..

  • @asianstyle4ever i haven't noticed anything like that with my hair, but my hair isn't super dry to begin with so thats probably why i don't notice if it is.

  • @LePooke ah well.. that also sounds really..logical :D

idk but here in germany, silicones are a big issue that lots of gurus discussed.. so i was influenced by that :D

  • @asianstyle4ever well I'm not saying they're wrong. Everyone's hair is different and products work differently for everyone. Find something that works for you regardless of what other people say about it =)

  • @asianstyle4ever Here's a blurb i found:

When applied to the hair, silicone wraps around the hair shaft preventing what’s inside from going out and what’s outside from going in. Silicone molecules are too large to be absorbed into the hair shaft, so they act as a protective coating. For this reason, silicone hair products are great for retaining moisture in hair and for making hair resistant to outside influences such as heat and UV sun rays.

but everyone's hair and preferences differ

  • @asianstyle4ever Both you and LePooke are Half right, the silicone does wrap around hair and prevent what's inside from getting out and vice versa. This can clog your hair if you don't clarify once a month, or if you use clogging conditioners, but this is easily remedied every time your wash your hair. Silicone does NOT dry out hair that has been properly moisturized. Adding a light moisturizer to hair before adding silicone to prevent dryness. So with moisture beforehand, silicone is good : )

  • @highflyah01 thank you for the information :)

it's good to know so haha. now i can continue using my shiseido shampoo with a clean conscience *_*

i was just afraid that the silicone won't get off your hair once you used it, becuz lots of pple here in germany say that it's water-insoluble. .___.

  • cool thank you :) I've been trying to grow my hair out and it's been growing really fast. I've also stopped washing my hair everyday because I felt like my hair was SUPER frizzy when I did that. My store had a case lot sale where you can buy in bulk so I stocked up on shampoo and conditioner but when that runs out I'm going to try the John Frieda shampoo and conditioner. thanks :)

  • @weirdrach2004 yea washing my hair everyday dries it out. haha sounds like you're pretty set for a while

  • @LePooke yeah I think the box had 6 bottles of shampoo and 6 bottles of conditioner for like $22 total! It was Treseme which is usually sold for about 4-5 bucks a bottle so it was a deal I couldn't pass up. Last night I tried the lather rinse repeat the way you said to and WOW my hair is super soft today. Thanks again for the tips :)

  • @weirdrach2004 haha yea that is a crazy deal! Glad that the lather rinse repeat worked for ya =)

  • i use the root awakening system too and i agree, it helped my hair alot! i cut my long hair into a bob last feb and its grown to about midlength since then :)

  • @hellomeganda yea i love how it has a slight cooling/tingling sensation on my scalp

  • I love love love your eyebrows! Perfectly done. They are very becoming on you!

  • @xervia3032 aww thank you, i wish they were naturally like that, but I have to fill them in every day.
