  • Sue them!

    GUILTY!

  • She's innocent. Most people don't know that the Satnic-Panic fear-mongerers have invaded Italy, back in the 1990's. The prosecutor fully believes a trio of cultists killed Kercher is a Satanic rite. This is ridiculous. If it wasn't for the prosectuor being obsessed w/ Satanists then a sane prosecutor would have realized Kercher was raped and murdered by one person acting alone. There's no need to invoke multple participants UNLESS one is claiming that it had to do with a Satanic ritual killing.

  • The Satanic Rite BS was rejected and ridiculed by the court as inadmissible. So that is that.

Meredith Kercher was not raped actually.

And it was three people involved here not one and not acting alone. Please refer to evidence because you are sounding like the Satanic obsessed person.

As to invoking multiple participants - it was based on DNA evidence of 3 people present on the murder scene and not on anything else.

  • The only reason why the prosecution focused on multiple people is due to the belief of the prosecutor that the murder was a result of a Satanic ritual killing. The prosectuor believes the trio killed Kercher after she refused ot participate in group sex in a satanic ritual setting.

If we abandon the Satanic theory, which we should. and start over then it's clear Kercher was raped and murdered. (DNA found inside Kercher, Guede claims to have had "consentual sex" w/ Kercher) ....

  • (continued) All the forensic evidence should be viewed as suspect. For example, the DNA tests on the knife are not acceptable in the U.S., and even U.K., because they don't meet strict scientific guidelines.

What we have here is a case of Satanic-Panic. The prosecutor literally believes there is a massive satanic conspiracy taking over society and that Knox, and the others, are part of a Satanic cult.

Research Satanic-Panic and how it destroys lives. Innocent people are convicted.

  • You have an agenda.

  • Nope. The prosecutor definitely had an agenda. He targetted Knox and others because he believes the murder was a Satanic ritual killing. He even had an author arrested and interrogate, accusing him of a being a Satanist as well. It was the author of the book, "Monster of Florence" and the reason why the prosectuor accused him of being a Satanist was because he dared criticize the Proesecutor's beliefs in a Satanic Conspiracy, so therefore he's got to be a Satanist, right?

    Knox is innocent.

  • Satanic bullshit was NEVER admitted as a motive, was ridiculed and REJECTED by the court.

It is only stuck in your mind.

  • You don't get it. The prosecutor only only focused on Knox and other individuals because he believed in a Satanic Conspiracy. Otherwise, it's likely Kercher's death would have been realized for what it was, a rape and murder.

  • @BoyintheMachine

I suppose it must have been a Marsian flown by UFO to Perugia who committed that murder. And if prosecutor focused on those 3 it was because of their DNA at the crime scene regardless of fantasies of Satanic BS. I GET IT.

And there was no rape - ok, sexual assault but no RAPE. 2 different things. Get it?

  • We have to be very cautious of the DNA tests used. For example, a journalist sent the report on the DNA test on the knife to 8 experts in the U.S. All of them rejected the results because the tests did not meet strict scientific guildelines.

If you look at the case from a non-biased perspective, it appears as if Kercher was raped and murdered. The motive would be the act of rape itself. We do not need to invoke a conspiracy invovling multiple people

  • She was not raped! Attempted rape. A big difference.

  • They supposedly found Guede's DNA inside Kercher. It is rape. Guede claims he was alone w/ Kercher and had "consentual" sex with her. He claims he went to the bathroom and later came out to find Kercher murdered. After interrogation, Guede then claims he saw Knox fleeing the scene.

My money is on Guede being the killer. It would have been a rape/murder, something more convincing than a convultued theory involving muttiple people, and with satanic implications at that.

  • DNA from the skin cells - and it was an attempted rape.

And what Guede says is as reliable as he is.

  • What I'm saying is that the tests performed do not match up to strict scientific guidelines accepted by the U.S. and U.K. For example, the journalist said on the test on the knife that in the U.S. the results had to be something about 200 parts before they can use it as evidence claiming that this is a certain person's DNA. On the tests on the knife the results were like 50 points or below.

I've been to that website. The authors there still don't realize the tragedy that Knox is innocent.

  • The only tragedy here is that Meredith Kercher was murdered.

  • Kercher's murder is indeed a horrible tragedy. I feel so sad for her family and friends.

On top of that tragedy we have an additional tragedy, the false conviction of a woman, and her boyfriend, for the murder of Kercher due to the prosectuor targetting them out of an obsession with a beief that the murder was connected to a Satanism.

Do me a favor and research Satnic-Panic. Learn how many lives have been destroyed by false accusations.

  • The judge dismissed any Satanic connections and he did so quite emphatically calling it "fantasy". So surely, it had no influence on the Jury's verdict.

The verdict was based on evidence, be it circumstantial. For example, when the telecom police shows up at the cottage, the laundry machine is on final cycle, containing Merediths clothes, while Sollecito claims he has already called the police contrary to phone records. Also, there is no forensic trace of Guede in the alleged break-in room.

  • @ Xunziwise: It doesn't matter that the Judge threw out the Satanic theory. The reson why is because it's the reason why Knox and her boyfriend were targetted in the first place. Otherwise, Kercher's death would have been viewed as a rape/murder.

  • You're an idiot.

  • Do as all a favor and stop posting.

  • You can't cherry pick who you like and don't like.

  • I sure hope they do - especially for the damages and brazen arrogance, disrespect and callousness of Knox PR team towards the victim - Meredith.
