  • @unknown1723 Woo!!!

  • Why was that left fairing shaking?... 6:06

  • @StayGold505 I didn't have everything connected since my tank was propped up. It's fixed and snug now :)

  • @CBaileyII lol I know, I cleaned it when I got home. Shame on me :(

  • Im so glad you explained what a CCT was haha. i was definitely one of those "huh" people

  • @burfitt Haha I try to keep everyone in the loop :P

  • you should do a vid on changing the CCT...

  • @boyregal I plan on it. Have footage, just need to edit it and make audio to go with it.

  • nice technique on giving the bike a handy... you could charge money down on Van Buren!!

  • @emptym01 Handy handy five dollah!

  • Still think ur imagining things because i couldnt hear ur CCT while i was there but at least now u have peace of mind. Only sound i thought i heard from ur bike was some weird noise that sounded like a clown nose being squeezed when u hit a bump <---inside joke ;P

  • There's actually a little trick you can do to your bike to make the lights trigger. If you get a couple of neodymium magnets, they will trick the sensor into thinking your bike is as big as a school bus. I think it was a kipkay video that I watched that mentioned them.

  • @riley191919 Thats a cool trick! Do u know where he mounted them?

  • @woodenchairs he just stuck them to the frame, those magnets are strong enough that they won't come off without some serious prying. Depending on your frame, you might be able to place them inside a fairing but still pointing down without any metal in between them and the road sensors. I'm not sure it was kip kay, if it was he took the video down. Pretty sure who ever did it mounted them on like a 250 cc scooter though.

  • @riley191919 I would probably check to make sure there weren't any electronics near where I mounted it though.

  • @riley191919 you're correct, it was kip kay and it was still up a month ago, so it's a possibility he still has it on his channel.

  • ....Hondas.... =P

  • @derkadurka2 POS's lol =P

  • More to life than biking? Thats weird. lol,jk. I had never heard cct before.good to know.

  • @steelhorseclub Knowledge is power!

  • "The F4i is Back!!!" I KNOW IT ! five points from me :)

  • @daswada9 5 points to you indeed!

  • Re: Red lights that won't change. You can generate a small magnetic field that will set off the sensor by quickly blipping the starter over the sensor.

  • @jhuey936 Nice! I'll try it sometime :)

  • "thats a cool house... THAT GUYS GOT A SIX CAR GARAGE!" hahaha nice one mate, glad your back on the bike :) doesnt matter if you dont have anything to vlog about, your still vlogging. im in the same boat. havent had a camera to record a vlog, but now i do, so im back to vlogging :)

imma waiting for more videos :)

    be safe, ride safe

  • @brendanRawrs Glad to hear you're waiting for more!

I will, thanks. You do the same.

  • your left air duct is loose just like mine... Im thinking about replacing my CCT but Im not as savy as you, how much time would this take a shop to complete?

  • @okstate73 I would assume 2-3 hours including fairings removal/install etc. And it's loose since the fairing was off. All snug now :)

  • @ZMagic97 ooo, ok.. well on mine the grommet is loose... so it pops out every once and a while.

  • CCT ?

  • @AridersLife Cam Chain Tensioner, they are known for letting the cam chain go rattely on an F4i.

  • agree wit u would make alot of ppl think about riding after a crash like his totally agree

  • @Brad420R6 Glad to hear that, thank you!

  • Glad you got it fixed - still working on mine, or barely starting rather... Give me a call, I switched providers and lost your #. Mine is still the same.

  • @DasPenguin85 Will do man!

  • could you do me a huge favor and redline that beauty and upload the video :D

  • @ecookman lol I have in the past, but I'll dedicate a video to it :)

  • @ZMagic97 ...your my hero :D

too bad reb91 doesn't have a SS anymore it would have been interesting if you two did a track day.

  • @ecookman Hm, he never had a SS :/

  • @ZMagic97 well the Ninja 250 lol

250 would be better for cornering but the F4i would be faster obviously so on a set of twisties itd be interesting to see who was faster, though his KLR probably handles well if its not too heavy.

  • @ecookman Well the F4i is pretty light in corners, but the KLR is a guess heavy pig. No torque, no HP, and with his setup is less than 40HP and over 500lbs without the rider.

  • @ZMagic97 OH wow ok note to self never drop a KLR the pickup weight has to suck on that thing. But that is one underwhelming power to weight ratio. Im surprised with it being that heavy it is called a "dual sport". you'd never be able to keep that thing up in a corner if you found a patch of mud.

  • after I replace my noisy CCTL (OEM replacement) the sound was music to my ears... lol good to see an F4i vlog from you! love that bike..

  • @dafobra Lol me too. Gotta love the CCT swap

  • We had a law pass recently that allows motorcyclists to run a red light if the light doesn't change after a few cycles...if that makes sense. :)

  • @ToastToGo Toast, I'm so gonna move there :) And buy the VFR :P

  • F4i meet jill, jill meet F4i

  • @mrknight2413 F4i is glad to meet Jill

  • Do you do your own maintenance? Or did you take it to a shop?

  • @plomarine I do my own :)

  • Welcome back!!

  • @plomarine Thank you!

  • @plomarine Thanks, great to be back :)

  • glad to see theback out mine should be back up on tuesday hopefully bike

  • @kd4ysi Thanks! Hope you meet your deadline =)

  • @kd4ysi Sweet! Hope you make it back on by Tuesday!

  • Took you long enough lol

  • @darkhorse0687 I know, right? :P

  • Whooo! Welcome back.

  • @Warspire Thank you! Good to be back :)

  • I just put the APE CCT in my '05 F4i and it doesn't make any noise a 5.5k rpms like the failing stock ones do but mine does make noise at 3k rpms when i first start riding. I don't know if thats what you are experiencing with yours but its annoying.

  • @5starstunta Not, mine is more at 5.5+, but seems like a week flutter or just cam noise. I think I am being over sensitive. Maybe it's a bit too loose?

  • @ZMagic97 I would say too loose because mine doesn't make any noise over 5.5k

  • congrats on the F4i coming back man!

  • @suzukir123 Thank you!

  • for the record, i've been watching you and rebelyell91 for almost a year now and because of the both of you. I'm now addicted to two wheels rather than four. whoo would have guess that a few vlogs from two people that i've never met before could inspire so much.

  • @themooreiamghetto Thanks! I'm glad to know I'm inspirational =)

  • Haha "Open up"

  • @cmoney85249 Open up ;)

  • "knowing something that's not right", you should get an 80's dirt bike :P

  • @apricotsnms516 Hell yes! I love 80's dirt bikes :)

  • So! Ive been subbed for a long time.. What made you decide to whip off the fairings bro? Or could you just not be bothered to put them back on after having work done?

As for the running the red lights, im in england and i do exactly the same, its more one particular set of lights, busy road, but at about 12 - 2am, its dead and my bike never trips the light sensor so i wait till its clear and bolt out haha..

    Ride Safe

  • @6FretsUnder I just had them off for a test ride, they are back on now. Didn't want to remove them if an adjustment was needed.

Good to hear I'm not alone with the red lights!

  • Ha! Yes.......I'm jealous.....need to do mine desperately.

  • @rynoride Yes you do! lol

  • I like. =)

  • The stock cct do suck most go out like 30k miles. I have used ape's cct in like three of my bikes they are good. The sound your hearing is fine from what I could hear in the video. The ape cct are a little louder then the stock ones. Good to see you on two wheels again.

  • @azwakko Thanks! I love the APE, would recommend it to anyone. And thanks for the re-assurance that everything is ok!

  • NICE BIKE,WAT U DO FOR A LIVING?

  • @Aarons411 Electronics technician

  • @ZMagic97 how u manage that and colloege?

  • @Aarons411 Word requires me to take the classes. But it's nights and weekends, so I work a 5-7 day work week a lot

  • <3 f4i
