Okay so basicly what i am seeing is that [I have seen every DQ] that every single dragon quest up to 8 had A: BAD graphics. B: A battle system thats very bad. and C: WAS CRAP.

Not really, there is the tension system, the addition of flashier attack animations, calling in a monster team, etc.

Bad graphics? No. The battle system isnt bad, its just simple and straightforward, and Dragon Quest games definitely arent crap. Without DQ (and FF for that matter) you wouldnt even have the JRPG genre today.

@Temjin99 I concur, the Dragon Quest series is one of my favorite. It stays true to the old school style RPG from the early 90's and late 80's, from the NES and SNES eras.

wow, the boss went so easy on this guy. not once did he use his 2 turn special attack which if it hits the same person twice, they instantly die.

In reality, its the DS remakes that are based on DWVII's models.

But it's kinda sucky that they aren't completely the same. Just compare the DS remake of IV and the PlayStation--two entirely different styles of 3D. VII uses essentially a 3D tileset, while the DS games use more individual designs.

I prefer tilesets--nostalgia :D And it seems more creative when building blocks makes a unique area.

You must be burning through this game awfully fast and having a real hard times in the worlds. I was on level 18 when I beat when I beat the hell out of this douchebag last night. Also, I didn't know bark would work on Antoria so well.

So what I gather here is that throughout this part of the game you keep running Ordudemer's servants, and eventually you find the some of the are trying to revive him?

Yup most of the bosses so far have been trying to revive Orgodemir. It's at this point in the game where his minions start to get alot harder.

Is a predestination paradox that Orgedemir is dead? If you don't know what that means, it would mean that only reason he's dead is because your characters traveled back and killed him.

at first he was though (I was lvl 14 when i first played) the second time i played this game i was at your exact lvl and he realy wasent so hard once u are prepared
