I am in Sydney and Passionfruit do well here. I do love the plant but I have been reluctant to grow one as the sulphur crested cockies love to eat them. I don't mind sharing but I live on the edge of a beautiful bushland valley leading to the river and I don't want the vines popping up all over in bird poop because of me. If you and I were neighbours and discussing your problem, I would offer to help you remove it and plant a new one in a better location. They don't live long anyway.
well i'm thinking if it is the lack of energy from the sun light is the problem, then you may probably consider refecting the energy by the use of mirrors to the passion fruit vine if possible
I've had luck ripening persimmons by putting them in a paper bag and leaving it on the counter at room temp. I looked this up for you to see if it applies to passion fruit. It seems many people suggest putting unripened passion fruit in a paper bag with a ripe fruit of another kind. They usually suggest a ripe banana. Hope that helps. Worth a try anyhow. Great videos, thanks!
I made a huge mistake recently by cutting down a large tree in my yard because i didn't like picking up all the leaves now theres no shade in my garden and my plants are dying because of all the extra heat and sunlight
