@MrLexify force staff isnt a teleport and rupture will dmg a forced target. and the impetus dmg cap is pretty much big (2500 range) so striking from 700+1100 backwards from dagger and your target moves about 500 range . its nearly imposible to reach impetus's dmg cap if your target dont have a dagger or somekind of blink too.

First of all, he is playing WTF- mode. Witch means that he got no CD on abilities and have unlimited mana. And dagger + ulti still works.

BUT, The maximum damage Impetus can deal is at 2500 range. So ench + eza doesnt work anymore.

@MeSxeeee The damage caps at 375/500/625 now. With a blink dagger it is still possible to do this. However, like I said, the person who you are firing the impetus at must be running away from you or have blinked away from you for the blink to take place as it has a delay after the shot.

Also, the max damage hits at 2500 range. you already have 550, and if you blink 1200 units away thats 1750 meaning you and your targ needs to travel more than 750 units away for this to work(not including blink)
