Why did VADM Fowler allow a black female master chief to live in O-6 quarters at USNA? As well as allow both himself and her to spend unreasonable amounts of money on unnecessary lavish parties and gifts in execess of $4M dollars? Why is neither being held accountable? Why is the DoD allowing this sort of unethical behavior to continue un-checked? Also, does the USNA's interpretation of diversity violate federal EEO law?
@huskie767 This hardly seems like the best venue for this type of discussion. Valid questions, and I believe these things played a role in Fowler's departure. But again, odd comment placement.
@huskie767 Probably because the year long investigation by the Naval Inspector General did not substantiate any of the allegations that Fowler was knowingly involved in the financial misconduct. Apparently the improprieties were conducted by people under him without his knowledge. I'm not a big Fowler fan, I'm just repeating what I read about the incident.

@2012USNA Any idea why neither VADM Fowler nor Master Chief Evelyn Banks were not prosecuted for fraud?
